Biogas generator set installation technical requirements
1. The foundation for the gas-powered generator set should be constructed on a hard ground surface, followed by a 200mm thick compacted concrete layer.
2. The exhaust direction of the external exhaust pipe is freely determined by the user, but the inner diameter should be less than 100mm. The length of the outlet should not be excessively long, and the number of bends should not exceed 3. The surface should be insulated with heat-resistant material, and supports should be installed at appropriate positions. It should also meet fire safety and other safety requirements.
3. The machine room's large dyeing setup can be placed on the centerline of the equipment or on the centerline 2500mm apart between the two units, avoiding the external exhaust pipe.
4. When installing the generator set, be sure to add shock-absorbing rubber pads to the unit, and simultaneously use thin iron sheets to level the rubber pads with the chassis; absolutely do not install the generator set with the packaged base and shock-absorbing pads directly onto the foundation.
Lifting requirements:
When hoisting the generator set, ensure the entire unit is lifted and moved horizontally; strictly prohibit tilting or dragging the generator set.
