Our assembled tank products are divided into two types: ECPC assembled tanks and enamel coated assembled tanks.
A. ECPC assembled tank
The ECPC assembled tank is assembled from special steel plates,****sealing materials, self-locking bolts, and other materials. The surface of the special steel plate is treated to form a uniform paint film protective layer, which meets the owner's requirements in terms of hardness, adhesion, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance. A significant advantage of the assembled tanks using this process is:
Good corrosion resistance, long service life for the drum.

B、Enamelled steel drum assembly
The enamel-lined assembled tank is assembled from special steel plates, high-quality sealing materials, and self-locking bolts, with a service life of up to 30 years. The special steel plates are pre-treated and coated with enamel on both inner and outer sides, which, after heating and polymerization, forms a strong bond between the coating and the steel plate. The protective layer formed by the coating not only prevents corrosion of the tank but also offers resistance to strong acids and alkalis, and has excellent wear resistance. The joints between the steel plates use overlapping and self-locking bolt connections, with high-quality sealing materials, meeting the requirements for fast and low-waste installation.
