I. Overview

Resistance measurement is a mandatory test item in the manufacturing process of inductive coils such as transformers, mutual inductors, reactors, and electromagnetic actuators, including semi-finished and finished product quality inspections, installation, handover tests, and preventive tests by electric power departments. It effectively detects manufacturing defects and potential hazards in the selection of materials, welding, loose connections, missing strands, and broken wires in inductive coils. To meet the need for rapid measurement of direct current resistance in inductive coils, our company has developed a DC resistance tester leveraging our technical strengths. This instrument features new power supply technology, with small size, light weight, high output current, wide measurement range, and digital display capabilities. The entire unit is controlled by a microcontroller, automatically performing self-checks, data processing, and display functions, and equipped with automatic discharge and discharge indicator functions. The instrument boasts high test accuracy, easy operation, and enables rapid measurement of direct resistance.

2. This instrument can be used both indoors and outdoors, but it should be avoided in areas prone to rain, corrosive gases, and the like.Gauges should be protected from severe vibration.

3Instrument maintenance, care, and adjustment should be performed by professionals.

4After the test is completed, be sure to wait for the discharge alarm to stop before turning off the power and removing the test wires.

5Ensure to switch gears only after the discharge indicator alarm sound stops when measuring unloaded voltage regulators.

During testing, the movement of the test clips and the shutdown of power lines is prohibited.。

Parameter settings are now more comprehensive, allowing for the setup of transformer test windings, tap positions, test phase, sample temperature, and temperature conversion values, etc.
