Product Features
ED1311 AC Charging Station Comprehensive Tester features a 6U standard modular design, comes with a portable case for easy on-site testing, all measurement modules are built-in for convenient and quick use.
2. Integrated equipment for interoperability testing of charging stations with AC charging, featuring multiple functions such as electrical energy metering certification.
3. Each front and rear panel of the equipment is equipped with a standard 63A charging gun socket. The socket pin definitions comply with the requirements of GB/T 20234.2-2015 standard. The front panel socket is connected to an AC charging station, while the rear panel socket is used for actual vehicle and station testing.
4. The equipment integrates vehicle interface circuit simulation modules, high-speed high-precision waveform acquisition modules, charging station metrology and verification modules, and embedded controllers, allowing for plug-and-test functionality, thus avoiding the complexity of connecting multiple devices.
5. ED1311 Comprehensive Test Instrument for AC Charging Poles with Built-in Power Metering Calibration Module for Charging Poles; Voltage and Current Measurement Accuracy of 0.05%, Energy Measurement Accuracy of 0.05%; Features pulse input/output interfaces, used for pulse output detection of the charging pole under test and calibration of the equipment itself; high and low-frequency pulse outputs can be set as needed during testing.
6. The equipment comes with integrated test software that allows communication and parameter settings with AC power modules, loads, and other devices. It automatically collects data and saves the test results.
7. The equipment allows for both load and actual vehicle measurement and testing methods, enabling measurement tests to be conducted using various loading methods.
8. The equipment is equipped with circuit breakers for L1, L2, L3, N, PE, CP, and CC circuits, as well as a CP grounding short-circuit switch, enabling the simulation of AC charging interface circuit faults for vehicles.
9. Equipped with a 4mm standard parameter collection interface, capable of external collection for various signal paths.
10. Features 1-second UPS delay storage (provides sufficient power to store residual data during power voltage failure, ensuring the safety of the operating system), equipped with communication interfaces such as DVI, RJ45, and USB.
11. The equipment can simulate the AC charging control guide circuit for electric vehicles, featuring R2, R3 equivalent resistance simulation function.
12. ED1311 AC Charging Station Comprehensive Tester with External Load Interface, capable of connecting AC loads, to achieve current output of the charging station, meeting the interoperability requirements of AC charging stations and the load requirements for electrical energy metering.
13. The equipment is equipped with voltage and current harmonic detection capabilities, capable of measuring harmonic content from 0 to 50 harmonics.
14. The equipment can simulate both vehicle states with S2 functionality and without S2 functionality.
15. The equipment features automatic testing functionality for interoperability, electrical energy metering verification, and other inspection items according to the established process. Upon completion of the tests, an automatic test report is generated, with clear and immediate results.
16. The equipment is equipped with an integrated load module, utilizing a new generation of low-power consumption components. It boasts high power density and no red-hot phenomenon. All electrical heating elements comply with UL safety standards. The load is designed with a constant resistance loading method, with a rated voltage of AC 230V and an adjustable current range of 1-40A.
17. The equipment is equipped with a load expansion interface, allowing for load expansion and meeting the testing requirements of AC charging stations with three-phase current up to 63A.
18. The equipment is equipped with GPS time synchronization function, meeting the requirements for the verification of time indication error.
20. ED1311 AC Charging Pile Comprehensive Tester Test Software includes a test item selection interface, capable of performing single-item automatic testing as well as continuous automatic testing for all items. Upon completion, it automatically saves test data and generates a test report.
