The ED1311 Comprehensive Charging Pile Tester employs a 6U standard modular design, comes with a portable case for easy transport to the testing site, and all measurement modules are built-in for convenient and quick use.
2. The integrated charging station features interoperability testing for equipment integration, as well as multiple functions such as electrical energy measurement certification.
3. Both the front and rear panels of the equipment are equipped with a 63A standard charging gun socket, with the socket pin definitions meeting the requirements of GB/T 20234.2-2015 standard. The front panel socket is connected to an AC charging station, while the rear panel socket is used for real vehicle and real post testing.

The equipment integrates vehicle interface circuit simulation modules, high-speed high-precision waveform acquisition modules, charging station metrology and calibration modules, and embedded controllers, enabling plug-and-test functionality and avoiding the complexities of connecting multiple devices.
5. The ED1311 Comprehensive Charging Pile Test Instrument is equipped with an integrated charging pile electric energy measurement and calibration module. It offers a voltage and current measurement accuracy of 0.05% and an electric energy measurement accuracy of 0.05%. It features pulse input and output interfaces, used for pulse output detection of the charging pile under test and for the calibration of its own equipment. High and low-frequency pulse outputs can be set as needed during testing.
6. The equipment is equipped with integrated test software, which can communicate with AC power modules, loads, and other devices for parameter settings. It automatically collects data and saves test results.
7. The equipment supports both load and real-vehicle measurement detection methods, allowing for measurement testing to be conducted using various loading modes.
The equipment features on/off switches for L1, L2, L3, N, PE, CP, and CC circuits, as well as a CP grounding short-circuit switch, enabling the simulation of circuit faults in vehicle AC charging interfaces.

ED1311 AC Charging Station Comprehensive Tester features an external load interface, enabling connection of AC loads for current output from the charging station. It meets the requirements for AC charging station interoperability and load-based electricity metering.
13. The equipment features voltage and current harmonic detection capabilities, capable of measuring harmonic content up to 50 harmonics.
14. The equipment can simulate both S2-equipped and S2-unequipped vehicle states.
15. The equipment features automated testing functions for inter-operability, electrical energy meter calibration, and other inspection items, following established procedures. Upon completion, test reports are automatically generated, with test results clearly presented.
The device is equipped with an integrated load module, utilizing new-generation, high-power-density components with no red-hot phenomena. The electrical heating elements meet UL safety standards. The load is operated using a constant resistance loading method, with an rated voltage of AC 230V and a current range of 1-40A adjustable.
The equipment features a load expansion interface, enabling load expansion to meet the testing requirements of AC charging stations with a current of up to 63A for three-phase power.
The equipment features GPS clock synchronization, meeting the requirements for the calibration of clock indication errors.
20.ED1311 The comprehensive test instrument for charging pile communication test software features a test item selection interface, enabling both single-item automatic testing and continuous automatic testing of all items. Upon completion, the software automatically saves test data and generates a test report.
