Spark Gap Zero-Setting Meter

I. Product Introduction

The ED0408 Insulator Spark Gap Zero Tester detects the zero value of insulators based on the potential difference at both ends of the insulator. The spark gap is one of the commonly used and simple methods for zero value detection of insulators in our country; generally, spark gaps are fixed. Our company's insulator spark gap zero tester features adjustable fixed settings based on potential levels, with an adjustable angle measuring head at the top of the operating rod.

Scope of Application

Live-line AC 35-500kV suspended insulators, used for measuring zero values of suspended insulator strings in power plants, substation (stations), and transmission lines.

III. Product Structure

Operation handles are produced in compliance with the national GB standard 13398-92.

2. Materials include hollow high-quality epoxy resin glass steel pipes and solid rods.

3. High-quality 45# steel used for the manufacturing of joints.

The ball head bolt of the fixed bracket is made of ordinary steel.

The supporting plate meets the national standard GB51295-85 (Epoxy Laminated Glass Cloth Board) with a thickness of 25mm.
