    Product Introduction

    An additional 100kVA three-phase 380V AC power source has been added to the DC 350kV system. The main consideration was the insulation issue of the high-voltage DC. Our company utilizes SF6 gas insulation, with the casing wrapped in glass fiber-epoxy insulated tubes.

    Transformer Design: The input of ~380V is close to the core, with the terminal connections at the bottom of the cylinder. Enhanced with PTFE high-insulation cylinder material, the built-in suspended multi-point support technology isolates DC high voltage. A three-phase 380V output is then wound on top, with the output located at the upper part of the insulation cylinder. This method offers a compact space requirement, lightweight equipment, high voltage tolerance, cleanliness, and simple, convenient maintenance.



    Technical specifications as follows:

    350kV Isolation Transformer

    70kW

    Input Voltage: Three-phase 380V, 50Hz

    Output Voltage: Three-phase four-wire system, 380V, 50Hz

    1.4 Impedance voltage (voltage regulation) less than 5% (at full load).

    1.5 Connection Method: Input Triangle/Output Star

    1.6 Isolation Voltage: DC, +350kV.

    Noise: <50dB

    1.8 Operation Mode: Rated Conditions, Continuous Operation

    1.9 Working Environment: Indoor, 0-40℃ Natural Cooling

    On 1.10, Isolation Method: The primary and secondary sides have shielding; the primary side shielding is grounded, and the secondary side shielding is connected.

    The center wire and the lead wire are connected using a multi-strand wire with a total cross-sectional area greater than 4mm².

    1.11 SF6 Isolation Method

    On 1.12, the design is cylindrical. The shell is made of insulating material, requiring a compact structure with a small height.

    The wire connection method will be determined through communication with the client.

    2. 80kV Isolation Transformer

    1.1 20kW Capacity

    Input Voltage: Three-phase 380V, 50Hz

    Output Voltage: Three-phase four-wire system, 380V, 50Hz

    1.4 Impedance voltage (voltage regulation) less than 3% (at full load).

    1.5 Connection Method: Triangle/Star Configuration

    1.6 Isolation Voltage: DC Positive 80kV.

    July 1st - Noise Level: <50 dB

    1.8 Operation Mode: Rated Conditions, Continuous Operation

    Work Environment: Indoor, 0~40℃ Natural Cooling

    10.1 Voltage Isolation Method: Primary and secondary sides with shielding, primary side shielding grounded, secondary side shielding grounded
