Product Introduction
An additional 100kVA three-phase 380V AC power source has been added to the DC 350kV system. The main consideration was the insulation issue of the high-voltage DC. Our company utilizes SF6 gas insulation, with the casing wrapped in glass fiber-epoxy insulated tubes.
Transformer Design: The input of ~380V is close to the core, with the terminal connections at the bottom of the cylinder. Enhanced with PTFE high-insulation cylinder material, the built-in suspended multi-point support technology isolates DC high voltage. A three-phase 380V output is then wound on top, with the output located at the upper part of the insulation cylinder. This method offers a compact space requirement, lightweight equipment, high voltage tolerance, cleanliness, and simple, convenient maintenance.

On 1.12, the design is cylindrical. The shell is made of insulating material, requiring a compact structure with a small height.
The wire connection method will be determined through communication with the client.
