III. Working Principle
Relay: This electrical device controls whether the 220V power is connected to the regulator, thereby controlling the connection or disconnection of the high-voltage output.
(2) Voltage Regulator: Primarily composed of a voltage reducer, the change in voltage is achieved through the regulation of this reducer.
(3) High Voltage Transformer: By adjusting the voltage regulator knob, the input voltage of the high voltage transformer is increased, from which high voltage is obtained. Direct AC voltage output
(4) Current Detector: This section of the circuit converts the current passing through the item being measured into voltage, compares it with a reference voltage, and then outputs a detection signal to the controller.
(5) Controller: Based on signals from the current sensor and the start, reset button, and timer, controls the relay's connection and whether the alarm circuit triggers an alarm.
(6) Timer: After pressing the start button, the output high voltage is connected, and the timer begins to countdown. Once the timer reaches the set time, the control circuit disconnects the high voltage, thereby achieving the purpose of timed testing.
(7) Alarm: During the testing process, when the leakage current exceeds the preset leakage current, the driver block activates the buzzer and the over-leakage indicator to emit an audible and visual alarm, simultaneously cutting off the high voltage.
