I. Instrument Introduction
This series of high-voltage switch test instruments has been developed and manufactured by our company to meet the needs of on-site testing of the mechanical characteristics and other parameters of high-voltage switches. It is a new specialized testing equipment based on the latest technical standards for high-voltage switch dynamic characteristic testers. The instrument is centered around a single-chip microcomputer and utilizes CPLD storage drum sampling technology. Its main features include a rotating sensor, easy installation, high testing accuracy, and versatility. It features a Chinese character large-screen LCD display for test results and can print out test curves and parameters. It boasts intelligence, multiple functions, precise data, strong anti-interference capabilities, simple operation, compact size, light weight, and attractive appearance, making it suitable for testing various indoor and outdoor, low-oil and high-oil switches, vacuum switches, and sulfur hexafluoride switches.
The series of high-voltage switch comprehensive testers is designed with user convenience in mind. Some models are the first in China to incorporate built-in high-voltage switch operation power supplies, circuit resistance testers, and high-voltage switch power supplies. They can test circuit breakers that only have closing/opening signals but not opening/closing signals. One instrument offers multi-instrument testing capabilities. (Some models) are equipped with RS232/USB interfaces for connecting to computers, allowing for the upload of test results for printing report files.
This instrument, while utilizing hardware anti-interference measures such as photoelectric isolation, also incorporates software anti-interference techniques, ensuring stable and reliable operation. It is the ideal and essential tool for substation, switch production and development units, and power engineering construction companies in the research and development, inspection and testing, installation and debugging, and maintenance testing of high-voltage switches.
