ED0202 Medium Frequency Inductive Voltage Resistance Comprehensive Test Bench

The test console can remotely control voltage regulators and transformers; it allows for setting current and voltage range conversions, selecting test items, providing overcurrent and overvoltage protection, real-time display of current and voltage, and voltage endurance timing.

The voltage and current meters on the console are both displayed by digital heads.

The measurement range of the output voltage meter is 0-20,000V/100V; accuracy: 0.5 class.

The measuring range of the output current meter: 0-300A/5A; accuracy: 0.5 class

Regulator output voltage gauge measurement range: 0-650V; Accuracy: 0.5 class

The output voltage measurement range of the medium-frequency generator set is 0-800V; accuracy: 0.5 grade.

The three-phase voltage regulator is electrically adjustable for lifting and lowering from the control console, and features zero-point protection as well as upper and lower limit protection functions.

The switching of standard current transformer (CT) positions is all done on the control panel.

E, the main control console is equipped with an emergency stop device, allowing for immediate shutdown and disconnection of the main circuit in case of any unexpected situations with the test item!

The master control console is equipped with a red alarm light and bell. The alarm light blinks upon activation of the main circuit. After the test is completed, pressing the bell button alerts the test personnel that the test is finished.

The complete control system is composed of two parts. One part consists of the main control console, equipped with various indicator gauges, overcurrent relays, and start/stop buttons. The other part is a switch cabinet, made up of primary circuits including AC contactors, intermediate relays, circuit breakers, voltage transformers, and current transformers.
