The HD9030 Generator Characteristic Comprehensive Testing System is specifically designed for the electrical startup tests after major repairs of power generation units in power plants. It can perform real-time measurement and analysis of various characteristic curves of the generator (including no-load, short-circuit, de-magnetization, zero start, ±10% step, frequency tests, and exciter load tests, etc.), featuring a high number of measurement signals and high precision.

The 6-way voltage signal processing utilizes advanced electromagnetic induction and photoelectric isolation principles, offering high testing accuracy, rapid response time, and stable performance. The input and output are completely isolated, with isolation voltage exceeding 3KV, overload capacity up to twice the rated voltage (3-phase 150V, 3-phase 750V), and input impedance greater than 150KΩ (or 750 KΩ).
10. The 3-way current signal processing utilizes clamp-on current sensors, offering convenient and safe on-site wiring, high testing accuracy, fast response time, and stable performance. The input and output are completely isolated, with an isolation voltage greater than 3KV, and can withstand 2 times the rated overload capacity continuously, with an instantaneous overload of 20 times for 60 seconds.
