The Generator Characteristic Comprehensive Testing System is specifically designed for electrical start-up tests after major overhaul of power generation units in power plants. It can perform real-time measurement and analysis of various characteristic curves of generators (including no-load, short-circuit, de-magnetization, zero-start, ±10% step, frequency tests, and exciter load tests, etc.), featuring a multitude of measurement signals and high accuracy.

The 9.6V voltage signal processing utilizes advanced electromagnetic induction and photoelectric isolation principles, offering high testing accuracy, fast response time, and stable performance. The input and output are completely isolated with isolation voltage exceeding 3KV, overload capacity twice the rated voltage (3-phase 150V, 3-phase 750V), and input impedance greater than 150KΩ (or 750 KΩ).
On October 3rd, the current signal processing utilizes a clamp-on current sensor, offering convenient and safe on-site wiring, high testing accuracy, rapid response time, and stable performance. The input and output are fully isolated, with isolation voltage exceeding 3KV and a continuous overload capacity twice the rated value, with an instantaneous overload of 20 times for 60 seconds.
