The PT winding's inter-turn, inter-layer, inter-section, and phase-to-phase longitudinal insulation induction withstand voltage test is a crucial part of the PT insulation test. The longitudinal insulation test requires the application of test voltage through a variable frequency power supply unit to conduct withstand voltage tests. Conducting induction withstand voltage tests on the PT can help staff identify issues in a timely manner, avoiding severe consequences.

Our multi-frequency induction voltage test equipment, produced with microcomputer control and designed using advanced frequency conversion and high-speed sampling technology, offers higher efficiency than traditional three-frequency generators. It boasts stable output voltage, high measurement accuracy, and excellent repeatability. Additionally, it features automatic voltage increment, timer start after reaching the set value, and automatic voltage decrement upon completion of the timer, with an extremely simple operation. The instrument is equipped with a backlit large-screen LCD display, a full Chinese operating interface, a real-time clock, and a mini printer. Featuring an integrated structure, the instrument is lightweight and easy to carry.

Note: The step change with a small resolution of 0.1Hz is not only applicable to the PT's induction withstand test but also to other situations that require the use of a variable-frequency power supply.
