The longitudinal insulation withstand voltage test for the turns, layers, sections, and phases of the PT winding is an important part of the PT insulation test. The longitudinal insulation test requires applying test voltages through a variable frequency power supply unit. Conducting an induced withstand voltage test on the PT can help staff identify issues promptly, preventing serious consequences.
Our multi-frequency induction withstand test device, produced with microcomputer control and designed with advanced variable frequency and high-speed sampling technology, boasts higher efficiency than traditional three-frequency generators. It features stable output voltage, high measurement accuracy, excellent repeatability, and can automatically increase voltage, start a timer after reaching a set value, and automatically reduce voltage upon completion of the timer. The operation is extremely simple. The instrument is equipped with a backlit large-screen LCD display, a full Chinese operating interface, a real-time clock, and a miniature printer. It employs an integrated structure, is lightweight, and easy to carry.
Notice: The step change of 0.1Hz in low resolution is not only applicable to the induction withstand test of PT, but also suitable for other occasions requiring variable frequency power supply.
