1. Technical Features

The SF6 Comprehensive Tester integrates the SF6 Micro Water Meter, SF6 Purity Meter, and SF6 Decomposition Product Analyzer into one unit, consolidating the functionalities of three separate instruments into a single device.

The SF6 Comprehensive Tester can complete the detection of three indicators with a single on-site measurement, significantly saving gas in the equipment. A single measurement saves two-thirds of the gas consumption, while also reducing the workload for users and enhancing work efficiency.

Quick and Gas-Efficient: After booting into measurement mode, the dew point determination for each SF6 gas separator takes approximately 5 minutes, while the measurement time for SF6 purity and decomposition products is about 2 minutes.

Self-Locking Connectors: Equipped with German-imported original self-locking connectors, ensuring safety and reliability with no gas leakage.

Data Storage: Designed for high capacity, it can store up to 200 sets of test data.

Curved Function: Large-screen curved display of dew point measurement process.

Clear Display: Directly shows dew point, moisture (ppm), SO2, H2S, and CO content, along with ambient temperature, humidity, time, and date.

Built-in Power: Equipped with a 4Ah rechargeable lithium battery, it can operate continuously for 10 hours after a full charge.

Measurement

1. Connect SF6 Equipment

Ensure the threaded end of the pipe is securely connected to the switch connector, tighten with a wrench, and close the needle valve at the other end of the measuring pipe.

Insert one end of the quick connector on the test pipeline into the sampling port of the comprehensive tester; connect the exhaust pipeline to the exhaust outlet.

The switch connector was properly connected to the SF6 electrical equipment measurement interface and then tightened with a wrench.

2. Initialization

Power on the instrument, and it enters the initialization self-check process.

Check the battery level

This instrument is recommended for use with alternating current.

When using DC power, please check the battery level displayed in the upper right corner. If the battery is below approximately 20%, please shut down, charge it, and then continue using.

4. Initiating Measurements

The SF6 comprehensive tester automatically enters the measurement state after completing initialization and self-check (press the "left" and "right" buttons to switch between the main measurement page and dew point measurement page). At this point, open the flow valve on the front panel of the comprehensive tester, and then adjust the needle valve on the measurement pipeline.

The first measurement (SF6 moisture) requires 5 to 10 minutes, with subsequent measurements taking 3 to 5 minutes each.

When measuring the SF6 dew point individually, adjust the flow rate to approximately 0.5 L/min.

When measuring the purity of SF6, H2S, SO2, and CO content, adjust the flow rate to approximately 0.1 L/min.

5. Storage Data

Upon completion of the equipment measurement, save the data within the instrument. Press the "OK" button to bring up the operation menu; specific procedures are detailed in the following section.

6. Measurement completed.

Shut down the needle valve on the measurement pipeline and the regulating valve on the SF6 comprehensive tester.

Remove the connector from the SF6 electrical equipment. If you need to measure other equipment, do not turn off the instrument's power and proceed with the next measurement following the above steps.

After measurement, turn off the power to the comprehensive tester.
