1. Technical Features
The SF6 Comprehensive Tester integrates the SF6 Micro-water Analyzer, SF6 Purity Analyzer, and SF6 Decomposition Product Analyzer into one unit, consolidating the functionalities that previously required three separate instruments into a single device.
The SF6 Comprehensive Tester performs three measurements in a single on-site test, significantly reducing gas consumption within the equipment by up to 2/3 per measurement, while also cutting down on user workload and enhancing efficiency.
Quick and Energy-Efficient: After powering on and entering the measurement state, the dew point measurement time for each SF6 gas separator is approximately 5 minutes, and the measurement time for SF6 purity and decomposition products is about 2 minutes.
Self-Locking Fittings: Equipped with original German imported self-locking fittings, ensuring safety and reliability with no leakage.
Data Storage: Designed for high capacity, it can store up to 200 sets of test data.
Curved Function: Large-screen curved display of dew point measurement process.
The Clear Display: Directly shows dew point, micro water (ppm), SO2, H2S, and CO levels, along with environmental temperature, humidity, time, and date.
Built-in Power Supply: Equipped with a 4Ah rechargeable lithium battery, it can operate continuously for 10 hours after a single full charge.

Measurement
Connect SF6 Equipment
Ensure the threaded end of the pipe is securely connected to the switch connector, tighten with a wrench, and close the needle valve at the other end of the measuring pipe.
Insert one end of the quick connector on the test pipeline into the sampling port of the comprehensive tester; connect the exhaust pipeline to the exhaust outlet.
Ensure the switch connector is properly connected to the SF6 electrical equipment measurement interface and tighten it with a wrench.
2. Initialization
Turn on the instrument's power switch, and the instrument enters the initialization self-check process.
3. Check battery level
This instrument is recommended for use with alternating current.
When using DC power, please check the battery level displayed in the upper right corner. If the battery level is below about 20%, please shut down, charge, and then continue to use.
4. Begin Measurement
The SF6 Comprehensive Tester automatically enters the measurement state after completing initialization and self-calibration (toggle between the main measurement page and dew point measurement page by pressing the "left" and "right" buttons), at which point, open the flow valve on the front panel of the comprehensive tester and then adjust the needle valve on the measurement pipeline.
The first measurement (SF6 humidity) takes 5-10 minutes, subsequent measurements require 3-5 minutes each.
When measuring the SF6 dew point individually, adjust the flow to approximately 0.5 L/min.
When measuring SF6 purity, H2S, SO2, and CO content, the flow rate should be adjusted to approximately 0.1 L/min.
5. Storage Data
Upon completion of the equipment measurement, save the data in the instrument, press the "OK" button to bring up the operation menu, and refer to the next section for specific instructions.
6. Measurement complete.
Shut off the needle valves on the measurement pipeline and the regulating valves on the SF6 comprehensive tester.
Remove the connector from the SF6 electrical equipment. If you need to continue measuring other equipment, do not turn off the instrument's power and follow the steps above for the next measurement.
After the measurement is complete, shut down the comprehensive testing instrument's power.
