Product Overview

The TPXB-B series substation electrical equipment AC voltage regulation series resonance device is primarily designed and manufactured for AC voltage withstand tests of primary electrical equipment in 220KV and lower substation. It can meet the requirements of AC voltage withstand tests for capacitive equipment such as transformers, GIS systems, SF6 switches, cables, and sleeves in accordance with regulations. It can satisfy both high voltage, low current equipment test conditions and low voltage, high current equipment test conditions, offering a wide range of applicability. It is an ideal voltage withstand equipment for high-voltage test departments at the provincial, municipal, and county levels, as well as for power construction, maintenance, and testing engineering units.

◆ The integration of the DZCL series high-voltage rectifier silicon pile and the H9840 type DC digital microampere meter enables the completion of DC withstand tests for equipment. Due to its excellent filtering characteristics after system resonance, the generated DC voltage is superior to that rectified by ordinary test transformers.

This device boasts a unique design. The high-voltage combination electrical equipment has high test voltages but low test currents, while the high-voltage cable's test voltage is relatively lower than that of the high-voltage combination equipment, but the test current significantly increases. Therefore, this type of frequency-modulated resonance device divides the reactor into n sections, allowing it to output high voltage/low current in series and lower voltage/high current in parallel.
Absolutely, conventional test transformers can be expected to complete the AC withstand tests within substation, as they require a small power supply capacity, which is only 1/20 to 1/30 of the test capacity, thereby solving the issue of transformer power supply capacity being less than the test capacity.
