Background
Extensive high-voltage tests are required in units such as power systems, testing institutions, and research institutes. Due to the high test voltage, non-compliant operations pose a severe threat to both personal and equipment safety, with potentially dire consequences..Despite strict operational procedures for high-voltage tests, tragedies still occur in practice due to insufficient experience of test personnel, carelessness, and inadequate supervision, leading to personal injuries and fatalities.
High-voltage Transformers, Switchgear, Large TransformersGISDue to the large pressurized area with blind spots, even with temporary barriers and personnel guarding, non-high-voltage test personnel may still inadvertently enter the pressurized zone. If staff have a weak safety awareness, violate procedures, or are not adequately supervised, someone might cross the barriers, posing a serious threat to their safety, especially during large-scale power maintenance operations. According to the "Power Safety Work Regulations of the State Grid Corporation of China," safety protection measures must be in place during high-voltage tests. Therefore, it is urgent to develop a system that can provide comprehensive protection for the personal safety of test personnel, which holds significant practical importance. Additionally, it benefits in enhancing the efficiency of high-voltage testing and strengthening staff safety awareness.

Product Overview
The system design incorporates basic electronic technology.,Through the design steps of infrared detection, signal collection, signal processing, logical processing, relay protection, control output, triggering alarms, and automatic tripping, various unsafe factors have been thoroughly considered, resulting in a high level of safety protection capability.
System Protection Measures
Currently, the major safety risks associated with high-voltage field tests are as follows:
(1)When the power supply to the voltage regulator console is turned on, the equipment in the test area is under pressure or awaiting pressure. At this time, entering the test area and approaching or touching high-voltage live parts may cause serious electric shock accidents and may damage high-voltage testing equipment.
(2)Employees conducting tests and wiring operations on equipment must be vigilant. Failing to do so and recklessly closing the circuit to increase voltage can lead to severe consequences.
In response to the aforementioned risks, the system is equipped with the following primary protective measures:
(1)When the power supply of the voltage regulating console is turned on, the tested equipment is energized. If staff mistakenly enter the test area and cross the infrared warning line, the power supply will immediately trip and an alarm will be triggered. This is the main protection function of the system.
(2)During equipment testing, to prevent staff from leaving the safety control area, the system places a remote control switch within the control zone. Staff must press the remote control switch to maintain the AC contactor's control coil from tripping. If they leave, the AC contactor's closing coil will break, further enhancing personnel safety.
