III. User's Guide

Connect the device in series between the K2 of the test current transformer and the calibration instrument Tx.

2. Adjust the load to the actual secondary load of the test current transformer.

Note: The secondary load of some current transformers is represented by resistance, with the unit being Ω. The load of a current transformer's load box is generally represented by a unit of capacity, VA. Their conversion relationship is:

Capacity (VA) = Resistance (Ω) * Secondary Current (A) * Secondary Current (A)

Ensure the equipment is properly grounded.

Note: To ensure the accuracy of the secondary load of the transformer, the total resistance value of the two connection lines at the secondary terminal of the transformer must be set to 0.06Ω on the load box. If a secondary loop calibrator is used, the load caused by the transformer's secondary must also be considered in the calibrator, in order to guarantee precision.
