Section 2: Working Principle
During operation, the tested piece is connected to a force sensor and an oil cylinder at one end, and to a load frame at the other. Upon initiating the test, the hydraulic pump is activated, which extends the tested piece through the movement of the oil cylinder. The force sensor measures the applied force on the tested piece, and the measured signal is then processed through the pre-amplifier..The amplified input is processed by the industrial control computer, which compares the measured force values with the set values.
