Application Scope

The Series DC High Voltage Testers are primarily used by power departments, industrial and mining enterprises, metallurgy, and steel companies for the DC withstand voltage tests or DC leakage current tests of high-voltage electrical equipment such as zinc oxide lightning arresters, power cables, transformers, circuit breakers, and generators.

Technical Features

1. The case features an internationally standard, multi-functional design suitable for both vertical and horizontal usage.

2. Utilizing a medium-frequency step-up circuit, incorporating PWM pulse width modulation technology and high-power IGBT devices.

3. Utilizes high voltage feedback for stable output voltage with a low ripple coefficient of ≤1%.

4. Full-range smooth voltage regulation with good voltage adjustment fineness; regulation accuracy ≤0.5%, stability ≤1%, voltage and current error ±1%.

5. Zero-rise voltage potentiometer.

6. The 0.75UDC1mA functional button facilitates zinc oxide lightning arrester testing with an accuracy of ≤1%.

7. Overvoltage protection utilizes a bicolored code setting for easy visibility, with an accuracy of ±1%.
