Introduction to Main Test Features  

1.Three-phase Short-Circuit Impedance Measurement:

2.Measurement of Single-Phase Short-Circuit Impedance:  

In addition to measuring the short-circuit impedance of single-phase transformers and the percentage error of rated impedance, the transformer's impedance, reactance, resistance, and inductance values are also measured for ease of user data comparison.

3.Zero Sequence Impedance Measurement:

4.Load Loss Test:

The new system features a three-phase transformer low-voltage equivalent load test function, comparing the load current, load loss variations, and symmetry of each single-phase to assess transformer performance.

5No-load loss test:

The three-phase transformer features an open-circuit test function. By analyzing and comparing the open-circuit losses of each phase, we can observe the distribution of open-circuit losses within the iron cores. This helps identify any local defects in the winding and core magnetic circuit, and assess whether the transformer's iron core structure is loose. It serves as an auxiliary method to determine product qualification and an effective way to locate faults.

If there is no three-phase test power supply or when it is necessary to analyze defects in three core columns, a single-phase no-load test can be conducted on the three-phase transformer.

6.The instrument can directly measure within its allowed measurement range. For measurements outside this range, an external voltage transformer can be connected. The instrument can be set to configure the transformation ratio of the external voltage transformer, directly displaying the applied voltage value.
