Testing Principle

The testing principle of the film impact tester involves using a hemispherical punch to strike and penetrate a film specimen at a certain speed. The resistance of the film to pendulum impact is evaluated by measuring the energy consumed by the punch. This method simulates the impact forces the film may encounter in actual use, thereby assessing its performance and safety.
