Measurement Preparation and Operation

For the first-time usersSF6Users of purity analyzers, please ensure to follow the following steps for operation:

Connect Measuring Pipeline: Link the measuring pipeline between the instrument and the measured object.

Instrument Initialization: Upon powering on, the instrument will automatically initialize and enter the measurement state.

Start Measurement: Initially, open the flow valve on the panel, then adjust the flow using the needle valve on the instrument to ensure measurement accuracy.

Upon completion of the measurement, close the valves in reverse order.
