The automatic water filling test tank is capable of withstanding voltage tests for insulating boots, gloves, and hats.

2. The test tank is capable of conducting simultaneous endurance tests on up to 8 samples.

3. Insulating boots can undergo both wet and dry tests. During wet testing, the boots are submerged in water with the internal electrodes filled with water; for dry testing, an external electrode is soaked in a water-saturated sponge, while the internal electrode is filled with steel balls.

4. The insulating gloves are equipped with a specialized self-locking support mechanism, ensuring an upright position without the need for a hoist rope. The testing bench features a glove height sensor and a water level sensor, automatically refilling to the standard规定的 water level.

5. The insulation hat testing auxiliary bracket is placed at the rear of the trough, and can be moved onto the specimen tray for testing during the test.

6. Each channel of the high-voltage measurement and control unit features a rapid high-voltage disconnection mechanism. In the event of any channel breakdown, the test sample in that channel will automatically disconnect from the high voltage, without affecting the progress of the test.

The testing bench's high-voltage measurement and control unit employs an 8-channel ADC to measure leakage current, which is then transmitted wirelessly to the main testing bench control system for data display, processing, and storage.

The high-voltage measurement and control unit is powered by a lithium battery. During the water injection of the test sample, the high-voltage measurement and control unit automatically rises to the top, grounds itself, and connects to the charging electrode for automatic charging.

During the testing process, the test bench utilizes LED digital displays to show leakage current and other parameters of 8 test samples.

The test bench is equipped with multiple detection functions, including water tank level detection, sample position detection, sample tray position detection, and sample height detection, ensuring the smooth progress of water injection.

The test bench is equipped with over-pressure and over-current protection features.
