High-pressure electric pumps are equipment used to provide tensile force for pre-stressed jacks during prestress tensioning. The specifications of this equipment are: ZB 2×2/50, where ZB is the equipment code, 2 represents the rated oil supply volume per minute, 2 represents the number of oil supply circuits, and 50 is the rated oil pressure.
High-pressure electric pumps are primarily used as power sources for hydraulic devices such as jacks, upsetting machines, extruders, and flower-making machines.
During the installation of the high-pressure electric pump, all openings of the unit should be covered to prevent debris from falling into the machine. Place the unit on a foundation with embedded anchor bolts, and use a pair of shims for adjustment between the base and the pedestal. Align the concentricity of the pump shaft and motor shaft, allowing a deviation of 0.1 mm on the outer diameter of the coupling flange; the clearance between the two coupling planes should be between 2 to 4 mm (smaller pumps take the smaller value), with even clearance and an allowable deviation of 0.3 mm. After connecting the pipeline and determining the motor's rotation direction, connect the coupling and recheck the shaft alignment. After the unit is actually trial-operated for 2 to 3 hours, perform an inspection; if there are no adverse conditions, the installation is considered合格. During the trial operation, inspect the bearing temperature and vibration as follows: loosen the coupling, place a level on the pump shaft and base of the high-pressure electric pump, adjust the shims to align the unit, and tighten the anchor bolts appropriately to prevent movement. To prevent debris in the pipeline from entering the pump, install a filter on the newly installed pipeline, with an effective cross-sectional area greater than 2 to 3 times that of the suction pipe.
