The electric hydraulic jack, also known as the electric jack, is a combination of a hydraulic cylinder and an electric pump station, capable of performing a variety of operations such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and compressing.
Operating Principle:
The fundamental principle of hydraulic transmission is based on Pascal's Law, which states that the pressure in a fluid is consistent throughout. Therefore, in a balanced system, the pressure applied to a smaller piston is less, and the pressure applied to a larger piston is greater, thus maintaining the fluid's静止. By transmitting pressure through the fluid, different pressures at various ends can be achieved, allowing for transformation. The hydraulic jack and electric hydraulic jack we commonly see utilize this principle for force transmission.
Application Range:
Electric hydraulic jacks are widely used in power maintenance, bridge repair, heavy lifting, static pile pressing, foundation settlement, bridge and ship construction, especially in highway and railway construction, as well as in mechanical alignment and equipment disassembly.
