When operating our brine injection machine, we can inject saltwater, soy protein, starch, and other additives into the meat. This process, combined with marinating, makes the meat softer and tender, enhancing the flavor of the meat products and increasing the yield.

This unit is made of stainless steel, featuring a stainless steel pump, with a reasonable design and easy maintenance.

To ensure thorough separation between the injection machine and small meat pieces, this equipment features four different levels of filtration, effectively expelling the small meat pieces from the injection solution, thereby guaranteeing that the injection needle holes do not become blocked. The drive chain is removable for easy cleaning, and the needle tips are easy to disassemble and replace.

The machine features a variable frequency speed controller, allowing for synchronized adjustment of chain step distance, step speed, and needle injection speed.

1Saltwater injection machines are categorized into mechanical and manual models based on their power source. Some models are equipped with variable frequency functions to meet specific process requirements, making them more versatile in the meat processing industry.

2Bone-in injection (equipped with an automatic protection device, the needle will lift up when it encounters a hard object, preventing damage; the needle can be easily adjusted for installation). The design of the injection needle is unique and well-arranged, allowing the broth to distribute evenly throughout the meat pieces, with adjustable injection rate, up to high as once.100。

3The conveyor belts can be easily pulled out for cleaning, adhering to the humanized design philosophy. The conveyor belt design is rational, catering to the injection and conveying of both small and large meat pieces. There are two types available: chain plate and chain conveyor belts. The former is more expensive than the latter, and the meat products are not caught, making cleaning more convenient as well.

4The electrical enclosures are split-installation, effectively preventing moisture from affecting the electrical appliances. We use Schneider's for all our electricals, which have a longer lifespan and lower failure rate than standard appliances.

5Four-layer material-water filter is installed to prevent clogging of the saltwater pump in the material-water recirculation process. The recirculation system is equipped with a pressure-regulating and energy-storage device to ensure stable injection pressure.

6Our pumps are imported, and as long as they're not lacking water and are maintained on time, their lifespan is longer than that of regular pumps.
