I. Features
Our company produces the PJZN type pneumatic diaphragm double seatAdjustable valveUtilizing a dual-guide structure with a multi-spring actuator, the product features compact design, lightweight, sensitive operation, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, easy assembly and disassembly. It is widely used in precise control of gases, liquids, steam, and other media, maintaining process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level at specified values. Suitable for applications with large allowable pressure differences and substantial leakage, yet not clean media. The series includes standard models, bellows-sealed types, and jacket-insulated types, among others. Nominal pressure ratings are PN10, 16, 40, and 64; valve body sizes range from DN20 to 200. Applicable fluid temperatures vary from -200℃ to +560℃, with multiple grades available. Flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. A wide variety of types and specifications are available for selection, including top-bottom and double-guide double-seat regulating valves. These valves operate with excellent stability, featuring two valve cores and seats, a "four-way" body design that allows easy conversion from top-mounted to bottom-mounted, and from gas-closed to gas-open valves. The body is designed according to fluid dynamics principles with a low-flow resistance cross-sectional channel, offering a high rated flow coefficient and low balancing force, allowing for larger pressure differences. The actuator uses a multi-spring structure, reducing height and weight by 30%, with a wide adjustment range and a natural adjustable ratio of 50%. Bellows-sealed regulating valves provide complete sealing for the moving valve stem, preventing fluid leakage. The regulating valves are equipped with an insulated jacket, suitable for applications where crystallization or solidification occurs after fluid cooling, leading to blockages.
