1. Overview of the Bellows Sealed Control Valve

The HCBW corrugated pipe seal balanced cage type regulating valve is one of the CV3000 series products.

The corrugated tube sealing regulating valve controls medium-pressure fluids at various high and low temperatures, serving as a pressure regulating valve. The valve features a compact structure with an S-shaped streamlined channel and a guiding vane to improve the fluid balance flow around the sleeve, resulting in minimal pressure drop loss, high flow rate, wide adjustable range, and high precision in flow characteristics, in compliance with the IEC534-2-1976 standard.

The HCBW bellows-sealed balanced cage-type regulating valve is equipped with a multi-spring diaphragm actuator. The bellows-sealed regulating valve features a compact structure and high output force. It boasts excellent dynamic stability, low noise, and minimal cavitation and corrosion. The valve cover is designed with a bellows-sealed structure, suitable for regulating highly toxic, flammable, explosive, volatile, and rare precious metal media. Additionally, the valve is also applicable in vacuum conditions. Its leakage rate complies with ANSI B16.104 standard.
