Many users also concern the daily maintenance of low-temperature constant-temperature water tanks, summarized as follows:
Prior to use, the liquid medium must be added to the low-temperature constant-temperature bath; otherwise, the heater will be damaged upon power-on. The liquid level should be approximately 30mm below the work surface.
2. The selection of the liquid medium in the low-temperature constant-temperature bath should comply with the following principles:
At operating temperatures of 5~85℃, liquid media typically includes water.
b. At working temperatures of 85~95°C, a 15% glycerin aqueous solution can be used as the liquid medium.
c. When the working temperature is below 5°C, alcohol or refrigerant are generally used as the liquid medium.
After the refrigeration switch of the low-temperature constant-temperature water bath is turned off, it should be left off for 10 to 20 minutes before turning it back on (depending on the ambient temperature).
4. Low-temperature constant temperature water bath power supply: 220V 50Hz, the power supply power should exceed the total power of the instrument, and the power supply must have a good grounding device.
5. The low-temperature恒温槽 should be placed in a dry, well-ventilated area, with no obstructions within 300mm of the instrument. When the low-temperature恒温槽 operates at a lower temperature, be cautious not to enter the tank to prevent frostbite. After use, all switches should be turned off and the power disconnected. The low-temperature恒温槽 should be cleaned regularly to keep the workbench and control panel clean.
