Low Oxygen Cell Culture Incubator CN-SQ50D with Humidity ControlA high-performance three-gas (O₂/CO₂/N₂) cell culture incubator, designed to create and stabilize a hypoxic (or anoxic) environment while precisely controlling CO₂ levels, temperature, and humidity. This is crucial for simulating certain in vivo physiological or pathological conditions (such as tumor microenvironment, bone marrow environment).
Precise low-oxygen control
Wide Range Adjustment: Typically achieves oxygen concentration control from 0.1% to 21%, catering to various experimental requirements ranging from severe hypoxia to normal oxygen levels.
High stability and uniformity: Utilizing advanced gas mixing systems and circulation fans, the oxygen concentration in every corner of the chamber is ensured to be highly consistent and stable, thus avoiding local concentration fluctuations that may affect experimental results.
Rapid Recovery: After the door is opened, the system quickly expels intrusive air and restores oxygen concentration to the set value within a short time, minimizing the impact on cells.

1. CO2 gas concentration detection employs an IR infrared sensor to calculate the CO2 gas concentration. During operation, the sensor boasts a fast response time, excellent stability, and a long service life.
2. Equipped with multiple protective features, it can automatically shut off all heating power sources when the display temperature exceeds the set temperature.
3. The cabinet workshop material is 304 stainless steel, with a curved design for easy cleaning.
4. When the O2 concentration exceeds 23% (hyperoxic culture), use high-purity O2 and CO2 gases to ensure the accuracy of the CO2 and O2 concentrations.
5. Temperature detection employs an imported PT100 resistance temperature sensor, offering stable performance and good linearity.
6. The interior utilizes a gentle air circulation method, approximating natural air convection for better air circulation. This shortens the recovery time for temperature, humidity, O2 concentration, and CO2 concentration, ensuring balanced levels of all these factors.
7. When the box door is open, the solenoid valve automatically closes to reduce gas loss and save on gas resources; the gentle air circulation automatically stops to minimize external air entry and subsequent contamination inside the box.
8. Temperature and gas concentrations are both displayed digitally, offering a clear, precise, and intuitive viewing experience.
9. The O2 gas concentration detection utilizes an electrochemical oxygen sensor, offering excellent linearity, accurate measurement, and a long service life, fully meeting the users' requirements.
10. When the O2 concentration is less than 19.8% (hypoxic culture), use high-purity N2 and CO2 gases to ensure the accuracy of the CO2 and O2 concentrations.
11. Sterilization System: Equipped with UV sterilization lamps. Optional high-temperature moist heat or high-temperature dry heat sterilization available.
