1. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel, both internally and externally, with the sample holder constructed from stainless steel or aluminum alloy.
2. Equipped with a touchscreen controller, programmable for temperature, lighting, rain, condensation, and other modes.
3. Fluorescent UV lamps with UV spectrum, the sample surface is parallel to the plane of the UV lamp, alternating adjustable between UV light and condensation time.
4. The door opens with a one-way pull mechanism, closes effortlessly, and does not take up space.
5. The air duct employs a single-loop system, featuring an imported axial flow fan, which enhances air flow, heating capacity, and significantly improves the uniformity of temperature inside the test chamber.

Temperature Control:
UV: The primary optical reaction is not sensitive to temperature changes, but the rate of the subsequent secondary reaction is closely related to temperature variations. Generally, as the temperature increases, the reaction rate accelerates. Therefore, temperature control is crucial during the UV exposure test, and more importantly, the test temperature used in the accelerated test should match the highest temperature the material encounters in actual application. The temperature setting for the UV process in the equipment is any point between 50℃~70℃, depending on the light intensity level and indoor ambient temperature. The temperature adjustment is controlled by a microcomputer-based controller that commands a series of systems within the equipment, including air heaters and water heaters.
Humidity:
With rising temperatures, the destructive power of moisture on materials increases dramatically. Therefore, temperature control is the most fundamental requirement during the humidification process. To further achieve an accelerated effect, it is necessary to maintain a high-temperature environment during the humidification process. Hence, the temperature setting for the condensation process is at any point between 40℃ to 60℃.

4. The heating system features over-temperature protection.
1) The blackboard temperature is controlled by a color touch screen programmable controller or a digital key temperature control instrument, with the output power calculated by a microcomputer, featuring PID auto-tuning. Monitoring is performed using a standard PT100 blackboard temperature sensor.
2) The sink temperature is controlled by a color touch screen programmable Korean temperature controller for heating. The sink is located at the bottom of the cabinet and is equipped with an internal electric water heater. During the testing process, there is a test section that involves a dark condensation process, which requires the chamber to generate a higher temperature saturated steam. When the steam comes into contact with the relatively cooler surface of the sample, condensation forms as dew on the surface.
