Before installation, the installation site should be confirmed to ensure it meets all the conditions required for the anaerobic incubator.
2. Once the location is confirmed, transport the anaerobic box to the designated spot and place it there.
3. Peel open the case seal, allowing it to ventilate freely. Air passes through multiple-stage filters to ensure dust and bacteria-free conditions.
4. Turn off the pressure regulating and circulation system power switches, then connect the external circulation pump power.
5. Turn on the power switch of the temperature and humidity regulator (controller), and inspect all parts of the instrument equipment to ensure that all functions are operating normally.
6. The culture head protrudes through the lid's hole, with its intake pipe connected to the external circulation pump.

The anaerobic chamber is composed of parts such as the culture operation room, vacuum sampling room, gas lines, and electrical control system. The culture room features a suspended cabinet design, which increases the usable space in the operation room. As a result, it is possible to accommodate some small instruments according to your specific requirements within the operation room, such as a Kamm oscillating device. We have customized these according to the requirements of several universities.

2. The anaerobic incubator employs scientific and simple methods to achieve a high-precision, constant-temperature anaerobic environment, making it convenient for operators to obtain an anaerobic environment and easily conduct operations and cultivate anaerobic bacteria within it.

3. The temperature control utilizes a digital temperature controller, allowing for precise and direct setting of the desired temperature and real-time reflection of the actual temperature inside the incubator. Enhanced with effective temperature limit protection, it ensures safety and reliability. The incubator is equipped with an ultraviolet sterilization lamp for on-demand sterilization. After gas filtration, the air enters the chamber, effectively preventing bacterial contamination.

4. The airway device is adjustable for flow. Both the corridor and the operation room are constructed of stainless steel plates. The front window of the anaerobic incubator is made of transparent, shock-resistant special glass panels and equipped with an operation hole locking device, ensuring the concentration of the gas inside the box more effectively.
