200L Low Oxygen Triple Gas Incubator CN-SQ200B Key Features:
1. CO2 gas concentration detection uses an IR infrared sensor to calculate the CO2 gas concentration. During operation, the sensor has a fast response time, excellent stability, and a long service life.
2. Oxygen (O2) concentration detection utilizes electrochemical oxygen sensors, offering good linearity and accuracy, long lifespan, and fully meets customer requirements.
3. When the O2 concentration is less than 19.8% (hypoxic culture), use high-purity N2 and CO2 gases to ensure the accuracy of the CO2 and O2 concentrations.
4. When the O2 concentration is greater than 23% (hyperoxic culture), use high-purity O2 and CO2 gases to ensure the accuracy of CO2 and O2 concentrations.
5. Temperature detection utilizes imported PT100 resistance temperature sensors, offering stable performance and good linearity. Independent jacket and door temperature control combine jacket temperatures from five sides and door temperature from one side to form the workshop temperature, ensuring high accuracy.
6. The box employs a micro-ventilation circulation method, approximating natural air convection for air circulation, which shortens the recovery time for temperature, humidity, O2 concentration, and CO2 concentration, ensuring balanced levels of all these factors.
7. When the box door is open, the solenoid valve automatically closes to minimize gas loss and conserve the gas source; the automatic breeze circulation stops to reduce pollution caused by external air entering the box.
8. Temperature and gas concentrations are both displayed digitally for clear, accurate, and straightforward viewing.
9. Equipped with multiple protection functions, it will automatically cut off all heating power when the displayed temperature exceeds the set temperature.
10. Natural evaporation humidifier in water pan, humidity reaches 95%, made of 304 stainless steel, curved design, easy to clean.

Why does the three-gas incubator not have nitrogen control?
The Triple Gas Incubator controls the concentrations of O2, N2, and CO2 individually by adjusting the input amounts of these gases. The incubator chamber contains only N2, O2, and CO2, with their combined ratio totaling 100%. Controlling the levels of just two of these gases is sufficient to regulate the overall gas concentrations.
No nitrogen control is required due to the mature technology of CO2 and O2 sensors, cost-effectiveness, and savings in manufacturing costs. Nitrogen content calculation method: Nitrogen = 100% - CO2 concentration - O2 concentration.
Can a three-gas incubator be commonly used for cell culture? How do you adjust the gases?

Gas regulation involves adjusting oxygen and carbon dioxide to achieve the desired levels. Typically, experimental requirements are 5% CO2 + 95% N2. Therefore, the CO2 adjustment can be set directly to 5%, while the 95% N2 is achieved by adjusting O2, setting it to 0%. In other words, setting 0% O2 and 5% CO2 is sufficient to meet the experimental requirements.

Use Instructions
1. The three-gas incubator should be managed by a designated person. Once any switches or adjustment knobs on the control panel are set, do not twist them randomly to avoid affecting the temperature, CO2, and humidity fluctuations inside the incubator, and to reduce the sensitivity of the incubator.
2. The water added must be distilled or deionized to prevent corrosion from mineral accumulation in the incubator's water tank. The water must be changed annually. Regularly check if there's enough water in the incubator.
3. The incubator should be regularly cleaned and disinfected with a disinfectant solution. Shelves can be removed for cleaning and disinfection to prevent contamination by other microorganisms, which could lead to experimental failure.
4. Regularly inspect the incubator's over-temperature safety device to prevent overheating. Inspection method: Press the entry monitoring alarm button, turn the fixed screw until the over-temperature alarm sounds, then turn off the over-temperature safety light.
5. When not using CO2 for an extended period, the CO2 switch should be turned off to prevent the CO2 regulator from malfunctioning.
6. The CO2 used must be pure; otherwise, it will reduce the sensitivity of the CO2 sensor and contaminate the CO2 filter unit.
7. In a culture chamber without humidity control, to maintain stable CO2 levels inside, place a container filled with water at the bottom of the chamber.
