3-Ply Film Filter CNW-300S Microbial Limit Test Instrument

The Microbial Limit Test Apparatus is made of stainless steel metal. The test sample is injected into the Microbial Limit Incubator, then filtered through the analyzer using vacuum pump negative pressure, retaining the microorganisms in the filter membrane. The membrane is removed using a membrane picker and transferred to a prepared solid culture medium, with the bacterial surface facing up and flat. The lid is sealed to form a closed culture box, which is then placed in the corresponding incubator at a constant temperature for cultivation and counting.

Working Principle:

The test sample is injected into the microbial limit test apparatus, where it is filtered through the instrument's built-in imported diaphragm pump under vacuum. Microorganisms in the sample are retained on the filter membrane. The membrane is then removed using a membrane retriever and transferred to a prepared solid culture medium, with the bacterial surface facing up and flat. The lid is sealed to form a closed culture box, which is then placed in the corresponding incubator for culturing and counting.
