1. CO2 concentration detection utilizes an IR infrared sensor to calculate the CO2 gas concentration. During operation, the sensor experiences no mechanical wear, boasts a rapid response time, excellent stability, and a long service life.
2. Oxygen (O2) concentration detection utilizes an electrochemical oxygen sensor, featuring good linearity, high accuracy, long lifespan, and fully meets user requirements.
3. When the O2 concentration is less than 19.8% (hypoxic culture), use high-purity N2 and CO2 gases to ensure the accuracy of the CO2 and O2 concentrations.
4. When the O2 concentration is greater than 23% (high-oxygen culture), use high-purity O2 and CO2 gases to ensure the accuracy of the CO2 and O2 concentrations.
5. Temperature detection utilizes an imported PT100 resistance temperature sensor, offering stable performance and good linearity. Independent jacket and door temperature control combine jacket temperatures from five sides and door temperature from one side to form the working chamber temperature, ensuring high accuracy.
6. The interior utilizes a gentle air circulation method, mimicking natural air convection for more efficient temperature, humidity, O2, and CO2 concentration recovery, ensuring balanced levels of all these factors.
7. When the box door is open, the solenoid valve automatically closes to reduce gas loss and conserve the gas source; the automatic breeze circulation stops to minimize external air entering the box, thereby reducing contamination.
8. Temperature and gas concentrations are digitally displayed, offering a clear, precise, and straightforward view.
9. Equipped with multiple protective functions, it can automatically shut off all heating power when the display temperature exceeds the set temperature.
