The fully automatic micro-volume liquid handler (hereinafter referred to as "the liquid handler") is a liquid separation device equipped with a high-precision peristaltic pump and a robotic arm, capable of quickly, accurately, and consistently performing automated liquid handling operations. It is widely applicable in fields such as disease control screening, food testing, animal quarantine, and life science research. It frees up the experimenter's hands, improving efficiency while avoiding errors.

Key Features:

1. The equipment employs a precise peristaltic pump for non-contact liquid separation. The entire unit is compact and delicate, suitable for use in a cleanbench.

2. Equipped with a 7-inch color LCD touch screen, operation is simple. The liquid separation methods include quantitative and non-quantitative separation, allowing for the addition of liquid in full sheets or any selected column.

3. High liquid separation accuracy, achieving less than 1.5% error within a 100µl range on a 96-well plate, with the smallest separation volume down to 5µL, and a 100µL addition time of 12 seconds on a 96-well plate.

4. The liquid separation intensity has two adjustable levels, high and low, suitable for different experimental requirements.

5. Portable waste liquid tanks, convenient for waste liquid discharge; the bottom of the tank can be connected to piping for automatic recycling of waste liquid into waste bottles.

6. After decanting, it can be subjected to shaking, retraction, and rinsing functions.

7. Suitable for 96-well plates, 48-well plates, 384-well plates, 8-tube PCR tubes, 96 PCR plates, enzyme-linked plates, various test tubes, centrifuge tubes, EP tubes (compatible with corresponding racks)

Routine maintenance and care for the fully automatic liquid separator include:

2. Regularly clean the instruments using non-corrosive cleaners.
3. Instruments should be protected from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and vibrations, which are detrimental to their proper functioning.
4. Regularly inspect and maintain the equipment to ensure its proper operation.

In terms of maintenance:
Check if the contact area between the separating valve and the main body is sealed; if there are any issues, repair promptly.
