The fully automatic nitrogen blowdown concentrator is essential in a large volume of analytical work, particularly in environmental pollutant and food safety analysis fields, where pre-treatment of the samples is necessary to obtain trace target components. This process primarily includes basic steps such as sample extraction (extraction), concentration, purification, and re-concentration. How to quickly and non-destructively concentrate is also a very critical aspect. Common devices used to complete the concentration process include rotary evaporators, K-D concentrators, and nitrogen blowdown (shortened to nitrogen blowdown instrument), among which nitrogen blowdown concentration is relatively simple and does not require special device design. After use, promptly clean the instrument's interior to remove any residual samples and protective liquids. Use the cleaning solution and ultrasonic cleaner provided in the lab to remove all residues.
2. Regularly inspect the nitrogen generator of the nitrogen blower to ensure proper operation.
Keep the instrument dry and prevent water droplets from entering the interior of the instrument.
4. Avoid excessive vibration or impact to the instrument to prevent damage to internal parts.
5. Regularly inspect the instrument's interfaces to ensure there is no looseness or detachment.
