CHY-2L Organic Solvent Spray Drying Machine
Spray Dryers, mainly used in university and research institutions, as well as food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industry laboratory production of trace particle powders. They are broadly applicable to all solutions, including emulsions and suspensions. Suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials such as biological products, biopesticides, and enzyme preparations. Since the material is only heated when it is atomized into mist-like particles, it only experiences a brief heat exposure, ensuring that the active components of these materials remain intact after drying.
Key Features:
1. 7-inch touch screen operation control, full Chinese interface, PID temperature control for heating, allows direct setting of import temperature, gas flow rate,
Automatic needle frequency and pump speed, achieving data collection and process monitoring and control. Utilizes dual control modes of fully automatic and manual control. The entire experimental process is dynamically displayed on a color touch screen (with animation).
2. The self-priming peristaltic pump draws the liquid sample from the container into the drying chamber through a nozzle, while compressed nitrogen enters the chamber from the outer sleeve to atomize the liquid particles. Heated nitrogen enters from above to meet the liquid particles after spraying, initiating the drying process. The dried powder particles are separated from the exhaust gas by a cyclone separator and then collected in a container. The gas carrying organic vapors is cooled in a heat exchanger, and the solvent is condensed and recovered in the refrigeration unit. The clean nitrogen is then returned to the next cycle.
3. The inert gas enclosed recirculating laboratory spray dryer will contain these toxic gases within the system and collect them in subsequent processes, reducing environmental pollution and benefiting environmental protection. It avoids the issue of toxic gas pollution during raw material production.
4. Closed-loop laboratory spray dryers allow materials to circulate within a sealed drying system, preventing contact between organic solvent vapors and external oxygen-rich air, ensuring safe production and effectively resolving the issues of flammability, explosiveness, and difficulty in drying for organic solvent materials.
5. Materials are dried and conveyed in an antioxidant environment within a closed-loop system, serving the purpose of isolation from oxygen, thereby ensuring the quality of the drying production of easily oxidizable materials.
6. During the experiment, the nozzle atomizes without being off-center, preventing the spray from hitting the bottle wall and affecting the recovery rate. The nozzle can be moved up and down to adjust the atomization position, thereby improving the spray drying effect. This nozzle is highly adaptable to high-viscosity materials and rarely causes clogging.
7. Standard equipped with exhaust dust removal system, reducing environmental pollution while effectively increasing yields, especially for materials that are difficult to recycle.
