Carbon Dioxide Incubator HH.CHP-T

A CO2 incubator is an experimental instrument used for culturing cells, tissues, and bacteria. It is applied in the research and production of microbiology, agricultural science, and pharmacology.

CO2 Incubator Usage Precautions

Do not turn on the power switch before filling the CO2 incubator with water; otherwise, it may damage the heating element.

2. Replace the cylinder when the pressure is below 0.2 MPa.

3. The CO2 incubator can be used as a high-precision constant temperature incubator, at which point the CO2 control system must be turned off.

4. Since the CO2 sensor is calibrated under saturated humidity, the humidifying disk must always be filled with sterilized water.

5. After the incubator has been running for several months, the water in the tank may decrease due to evaporation. When the low water level indicator (WLow12) illuminates, add water as needed. First, open the overflow pipe, and use a funnel to connect a rubber hose from the filling hole to replenish water until the low water level indicator turns off. Then, measure and add the necessary water, and finally, seal the overflow hole.

6. When the displayed temperature exceeds the set temperature by 1°C, the OverTemp7 indicator light illuminates and emits a sharp alarm sound. At this point, the power should be turned off for 30 minutes; if the temperature remains above the limit even after the Power20 (temperature control) switch is turned back on, the power should be shut off and a maintenance crew should be notified.

Do not碰撞sensors and impeller blades of the stirrer motor and other components when cleaning the clean CO2 incubator workroom.

8. Minimize the time spent opening glass doors.

9. If the CO2 incubator is not used for an extended period, it must be drained of moisture in the chamber before turning off. Open the glass door for ventilation for 24 hours before closing it.

10. When removing or installing the protective guard of the indoor bracket in the disassembly workshop, it is mandatory to use the included special wrench; do not apply excessive force.

11. Before moving the CO2 incubator, remove the shelves and humidifying trays from the laboratory to prevent damage to the glass door upon collision.

Before moving the incubator, water inside must be drained. When draining, tightly fit a rubber tube over the drain hole, ensuring the tube's opening is below the instrument. Take a gentle suck, then release the water pipe, and the water will flow out.

Do not invert the incubator when handling, and be sure not to lift the incubator door to prevent deformation.
