Intelligent Full-Enclosed Bacterial Collector ZW-808A
The Bacterial Collector is a配套 accessory for a disposable, fully enclosed bacterial collection culture chamber. It features an integrated stainless steel housing design made of L304 food-grade stainless steel, meeting the high cleanliness requirements for sterile and microbiological rooms. It extends the lifespan of the instrument and reduces costs associated with maintenance and replacement due to rusting issues commonly found in traditional bacterial collectors. The housing design eliminates dead corners to prevent corrosion from chemicals. By utilizing the directional peristaltic pump principle of the bacterial collector, microorganisms in the test sample are retained in the microporous filter membrane (0.22µm*47mm or 0.45µm*47mm) within the filter. The antibacterial components are removed by rinsing the filter membrane, and then the required culture medium is directly introduced into the fully enclosed filtration bacterial collection culture chamber through the sampling pipeline. It is then placed in the incubator for sterile cultivation.
