Structural Features

1. This machine consists of two parts: strip forming and pill making. It features a box-like structure, horizontal strip formation, simple construction, easy operation, and convenient maintenance.

2. The conveyor uses a worm gear reducer for smooth and reliable transmission.

3. The granulating section's granule kneading and cutting mechanisms are housed within a gear box, offering excellent lubrication conditions. The cutting speed can be adjusted via a variable speed drive's knob, achieving speeds from 6-30 RPM until the cutting speed matches the extrusion speed.

4. Large feed opening, with a pressure plate that turns to compact the material, making it easy to fill and reduces the occurrence of clogged material. The hopper is divided into two sections by the flip plate axis, which can be easily opened for cleaning.

5. Alcohol-dripping strips are used, with bristles on the outside of the pill-making cylinder to reduce sticking. The alcohol is stored in a square box within the strip-dispensing mechanism, and its quantity is adjusted via a globe valve.

【Instructions for Use】

① This unit is suitable for indoor environments with temperatures ranging from -5℃ to +40℃, relative humidity below 90%, and grid voltage fluctuations less than 10% of the rated value. No conductive dust or corrosive metal gases should be present. Installation in a well-lit, clean factory is recommended; no foundation is required; simply level the surface. Grounding wire is required for use.

②Before starting the vehicle, check if the transmission oil level reaches the standard position, ensure the oil cup on the hopper is filled with edible oil, verify if the pill-making mechanism is aligned and securely tightened, confirm the alcohol system is unobstructed, and adjust to an appropriate level. Disinfect the guide wheel, guide frame, and pill-making mechanism with alcohol, and turn on the electric heater.

③The extrusion part should run for 3-5 minutes with no abnormalities before feeding materials. Once the material strip is pushed out, return a portion to the hopper. Wait for the strip to be qualified before starting the pellet production section. The addition of materials during operation should be even. If the extrusion and pellet production are out of sync, adjust the knob. Clockwise rotation speeds up pellet production, and counterclockwise rotation slows it down. Pellet size can be adjusted by changing the extrusion orifice and the pellet guide wheel.

④Do not insert foreign objects into the hopper during feeding. Avoid putting your hand inside the upper surface of the hopper to prevent injury from the pressing plate. Regularly inspect all parts for abnormalities, and immediately stop and check if any are found.

After use, shut off the main power switch and other switches. When cleaning, first remove the extrusion outlet and electric heating cover. When removing the machine head, use a hook-shaped wrench. Then, pull out the bracket and the pusher. Open the upper part of the hopper to clean the two flap shafts. After cleaning, apply cooking oil and, when in use, disinfect each part with alcohol.

⑥ Keep the engine oil in the reducer above the oil level. Dispose of the used oil and replace with new oil every two to five months of normal operation. Refill the oil cup on the hopper with edible oil three times per shift, and add a moderate amount of oil to the open gears and chain wheels as needed.
