Product Introduction

The contact material of this machine is made of stainless steel. It features a simple structure, low noise, ease of operation, and convenient screen drum replacement. Mainly used in the food and chemical industries for screening丸mechanical products, ensuring uniform and regular丸shape. Customized with dust collection devices upon request, and the screen aperture size is ordered according to the user's needs.

Operation Principle

This machine can be used independently or in conjunction with a tablet press and a hoist. After the finished tablets are lifted by the hoist and enter the rotating drum sieve through a chute, the sieve holes are sized according to the required tablet diameter. The drum sieve rotates clockwise, driven by the friction wheel, and separates various tablets that meet the specifications. During the screening process, there may be instances where the tablet diameter matches the sieve hole size exactly. If the tablet gets stuck between the holes, the brush or silicone roller mounted on the side of the drum sieve can dislodge the tablet.
