Product Introduction

This two-stage pharmaceutical granulator is one of the preliminary auxiliary equipment for traditional Chinese medicine pill-making machines, used for the initial processing in pill production. The machine is primarily designed for the preliminary process of traditional Chinese medicine pill-making, particularly suitable for the refining of drugs before the production of pills with poor viscosity. It is an ideal equipment for refining prior to the formation of various preparations such as water pills, honey pills, syrup pills, condensed pills, and large honey pills.

It converts powdered medicine into soft materials after mixing in a blender, utilizing a two-stage layered structure to continuously knead, refine, and exhaust materials, preparing for pill-making. High production efficiency and uniform soft material refinement are achieved. Particularly effective for materials difficult to process uniformly, such as liquid-powder blends or high-hardness, high-viscosity substances (concentrated paste with dry powder or honey with dry powder), ensuring even blending with high efficiency.

Operation Principle

The machine feeds the pre-mixed medicine into the refining machine's hopper, where it is compressed and mixed into uniform medicine segments of a certain diameter under the action of the pressure plate and spiral pusher. This ensures thorough mixing and even distribution of the medicine, providing ideal conditions for the tablet-making process.

All contact parts with drugs are made of SUS304 stainless steel, compliant with GMP standards.

The material storage can be cooled with circulating water based on actual usage, and both the storage and the output port are designed with cooling water jackets.

High degree of automation; the feeding and mixing hopper can achieve variable frequency speed control.

The equipment features a two-level hierarchical structure, enabling automatic, manual, and single-step switching functions. It employs variable-frequency control.

The material storage is a modular, detachable, hinged structure for easy cleaning, secure sealing, with no leaks, installation, and maintenance.

The reducer is a cycloidal pinion reducer, ensuring the equipment is less prone to damage and extending its service life.
