ABS Filter Plate (Plastic Filter Plate Mold) Solid Casting Filter Plate

The ABS filter plate mold is used in the water distribution and aeration system of filter basins for the continuous casting concrete production process, fundamentally eliminating the problem of loose joints in small prefabricated filter plates, which could lead to sand leakage and flap issues. The adjustable filter head's embedded base is securely fastened to the monolithic casting mold, allowing for easy adjustment of the horizontal height of the thread opening of the filter rod without altering the filter basin's process or structure, achieving uniform aeration and water distribution.
