Fiber Bundle Filter Media

The fiber bundle filter material is made from polypropylene and polyester fibers, utilizing the large biomass attached to its surface along with aeration. Through repeated contact with wastewater, it effectively retains fine suspended particles that are difficult to settle, and facilitates the degradation of organic matter, thereby achieving purification.The fiber bundle filter has a filtration rate 4-4.5 times higher than granular filter media. It is easy to backwash and regenerate, allowing for automated management. The general filtration rate is 35m/h, with raw water turbidity at 120mg/L and effluent SS ≤ 5mg/L. For fine filtration, the raw water turbidity is 25mg/L with effluent ≤ 2mg/L. The fiber bundle has a service life of over 10 years, avoiding the hassle of frequent topping up and regular replacement of traditional filter media. Replacement and maintenance of the fiber bundle are simple and convenient, reducing labor intensity and downtime for water shutdown and repairs.

         Fiber bundles are widely used in industries such as power, oil fields, electronics, chemicals, dyeing and printing, electroplating, industrial recycled water, side filtration, wastewater recycling, and wastewater treatment.
