Structural CompositionThe outer layer is an aluminum alloy tube, made from 6063 aluminum through hot extrusion to form seamless aluminum tube, followed by anodizing treatment, with an anodized coating thickness exceeding 10μm. The inner layer is a food-grade PP-R tube, and the two are pre-stressed to form a double-layered composite tube structure.

Connection methodTypically employing hot melt connections, the fittings are designed with modified polypropylene PP-R. Each curved and flexible double melt fitting surface features a hot melt insertion positioning mark, which prevents issues like false melting and leakage, enhancing both installation efficiency and quality.
Applicable RangeSuitable for domestic, hotel, hospital, and other facilities' hot and cold water supply, also applicable to the supply and return water systems of central air conditioning and potable water pipelines. In municipal construction, it can also be used in urban water supply systems.
Standard of ExecutionThe standard for execution is CJ/T 321-2010, which specifies detailed requirements for the dimensions and performance of the pipeline.
