PE-RT Push-Fit Fittings
PE-RT FLEXIBLE ELECTRIC MELTING PIPE
Material Introduction
The manufacturing process of PE-RT pipe fitting with expansion and melting technology involves a forming process that uses axial compensation expansion of the branch pipe through metal materials. The process utilizes a special hydraulic press, where an equal-sized billet is filled with liquid. The billet is then simultaneously compressed by the two horizontal cylinders of the hydraulic press. As the billet is compressed, its volume decreases, causing the liquid inside to increase in pressure. When the pressure reaches the required level for the branch pipe to expand, the metal material expands into the branch pipe under the combined pressure of the side cylinder and the liquid inside the billet, flowing along the mold cavity.
PE-RT Pipe Fittings with Push-Fit Electrofusion are post-wired, with all subsequent processes completed at room temperature using precise CNC equipment. High machining accuracy is achieved, with ellipticity controlled to 0.1mm and inner hole dimensions to 0.05mm. During processing, the oxidation layer on the plastic inner surface is removed, enhancing the bonding strength and durability during the electrofusion process.
