Aluminum alloy lined PE-RT composite pipe is a new type of dedicated cold and hot water pipe material, featuring lightweight, oxygen barrier, UV resistance, easy cleaning and installation, strong sealing, and low maintenance requirements for its application in main water supply pipelines.
[Connection Mode] Connection Method
Hot melt socket connection.
[Product Features]
Improved impact resistance
Excellent low-temperature impact resistance, preventing potential hazards from unexpected impacts, significantly enhancing operational safety.
2. Low linear expansion coefficient; remains completely unchanged when exposed.
Piping has a low expansion coefficient, being only 1/5 of pure plastic piping, close to that of metal piping. It remains shapeless in both indoor and outdoor exposed installations (more aesthetically pleasing).
3. Non-leaking oxygen under high-temperature operation, anti-corrosion
Aluminum alloy completely seals out external air, preventing oxygen from渗透 into the pipeline's interior water quality, thus safeguarding against oxidation and corrosion of metal components in heating and central air conditioning systems, ensuring the system operates safely and stably (more scientifically).
4. UV-resistant, prevents material oxidation
Aluminum layers block ultraviolet rays, providing a UV protection barrier for the pipe material. Outdoor installations remain color-fast and do not age (safer).
[Applicable Scope]
Building Cold and Hot Water System
Radiator heating system
